Right To Recall Party is a part of the movement to bring better laws in India.
Envisioned and founded by Sri Rahul Chimanbhai Mehta and his father Late Sir Chimanbhai Mehta former education minister of India and a freedom fighter, RRP was registered with the ECI in the year 2018.

History of Right To Recall in India
In India Right to Recall Law was first demanded by Mahatma Lala Lajpat Rai in 1920’s after his tour of the USA.
After the general elections of 1919 , seeing how the elected Indian leaders became corrupt , Freedom Fighters Mahatma Sachindranath Sanyal and Mahatma Chandrashekhar Azad mentors of Mahatma Bhagat Singh demanded it in their manifesto of HRA , saying the Democracy without Right to Recall , will be a mockery, a joke . Founder and President
Shri Rahul Chimanbhai Mehta graduated in Computer Science from IIT Delhi in the year 1990 and did his masters from Rutger’s University USA in 1992. His father was former education minister of India and a Freedom fighter . He grew upin Political circle and right from his childhood had a keen interest in History and Politics.
While living and working in the US and UK for about a decade he noticed and experienced how the Police and Government Officials in USA were afraid to demand bribes from the people and how all public amenities ran efficiently without any inconvenience to the people.
To understand what made this possible he studied their Administrative procedures elaborately and attended many court trials and political meetings and spoke to several people to understand the intricacies of the system in USA and UK and concluded that it is due to the power of the laws like Jury System , Right To Recall , Wealth Tax , Referendums and weaponization of commons that enable citizens to excercise control over the officials and elected represntatives and even Judges, that these countries are well governed and much ahead in terms of technological development and quality of life.
He decided to return to India and work towards establishing the same system in India.
He published several articles in newspapers and online blogs that were much appreciated by many and wrote the first elaborate manifesto of Right To recall Party which was “Summary of Clerical Procedures to improve Administration in Inda” also known as 301.pdf.
He even contested elections . In his first election he won the second highest number of votes in Ahmedabad against LK Advani of BJP . Since then to prevent his movement from gaining momentum and to sideline it, several fake anti-corruption movements have been created and new leaders have been promulgated as crusaders against Corruption .
These leaders and political parties use the label of Right to recall law to draw people towards them . Recently movies are being made in south India like Voter-telugu movie ad Leader – Malayalam with Mammooty with theme of Right To Recall but these are to misguide people ass no mention is being made of the importance of procedure and draft and of our movement. Movie stars like Kamal Hassan , are foraying by claimig they intend to bring this law , but it is only to fool the masses.
Rahul Ji continues to work unfazed by these developments . Today hundreds of people are voting and contesting elections every year from RRP and popularity of his proposals is rising among the citizens.
