FAQ001: Do all citizens in India have access to internet to use these TCP, RTR/VoteVapasi laws .
This is a wrong interpretation of our proposed drafts for TCP and VoteVapasi laws. Our proposed drafts says that citizens will have to visit in person to the nearest Talati or Patwaris office to file his /her approvals/affidavits/ proposals. The Patwari will enter the details of the citizen along with his/her biometrics into the dedicated public website/ portal/computer system and will issue a receipt in the form of a passbook. Later this system can be extended to enable filing approvals via sms or ATMs . Thus internet access is not required or mandatory and all citizens will be able to easily make use of the law procedure.
